3. Legal Basis and Purpose of the Processing
3.1 Processing is based on the following legal basis:

4. Data categories
a) Data subject's data necessary for processing an enquiry (e.g. company name, surname, first name of contact person, contact details)
b) Customer data necessary for processing the order (e.g. company name, first name and surname, contact details)
c) Candidate data necessary for the application process (including first name, surname, address, contact details)
d) Supplier data necessary for the handling of the business process (delivery, service) (e.g. company name, first name, surname of contact person, contact data, bank details)
5. Recipient or Categories of Recipients
We process your data according to legal requirements and only for our own purposes. A passing on to so-called third parties does not take place, unless there is a legal obligation for this or you have consented to the passing on. Should the use of service providers be necessary, this is done in compliance with the current data protection regulations.
6. Transfer to third countries
A transfer of data to a third country is not planned.
7. Storage period/statutory periods for deletion
The personal data collected by us for the processing and execution of the order will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention obligations, and then deleted, unless in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR due obligations on tax and commercial law storage and documentation (from the HGB (German Commercial Code), StGB (German Penal Code) or AO (German Taxation Regulation)) we are legally bound to a longer storage period or you have given us your consent to store the data beyond that as stipulated according to Art. 6 para. 1 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
8. Data source
We will only process the data that you provide to us (e.g. by enquiry, order placement, application, contact form, presentation of a business card)
9. Automated decision-making
No profiling operations take place. (Art. 22 GDPR)
10. Rights of the data subject (information, revocation and cancellation rights)
According to the EU GDPR, you have the following rights:
If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored on your person (Art. 15 GDPR).
Should incorrect personal data be processed, you have a right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR).
If the legal requirements are met, you may request the deletion or restriction of the processing and file an objection against the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
If you have consented to data processing or a contract for data processing exists and data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have a right to data transferability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Should you make use of your above-mentioned rights, WSM - Walter Solbach Metallbau GmbH will check whether the legal requirements for this have been fulfilled.

Right of revocation in case of consent
If you have consented to the processing by WSM - Walter Solbach Metallbau GmbH by means of a corresponding declaration. You can revoke your consent at any time in the future. The legality of data processing based on the consent until revocation is not affected by this.
